A center cut bone-in pork loin roast can either be cut from the rib section or loin section (or a combination of the two). In beef terms, the rib section houses the bone-in rib eye cuts and the loin section is home to t-bone or porterhouse cuts. If you need the chine bone removed and tied back on or the bones frenched leave a note in the comment section toward the end of you order.
In addition to our pork chops, we stock Sakura Farms Premium Pork for all our pork loins at Paulina Market!
These roasts are sold in 2 lb increments ranging from 2 - 8 lb pieces. If you have a preference between a rib section pork loin or a loin section pork loin, please make sure to comment in the "Add a note to your order" section in your shopping cart!
Have you tried a pork loin roast smoked before? Check out our Kassler if not!
