Paulina makes a bit of homemade salamis and then brings in some from great salami producers of the outside world!
Paulina's homemade salamis are made from all beef or beef and pork trimmings which are collected straight from our butchers. Meaning we use trimmings from rib eyes, NY strips, chuck, and other cuts providing for the best quality salami that we can produce!
