These homemade wieners are made with all beef trimmings and are packed in a sheep casing. They are slow smoked for 4 hours and are finished off in a hot water kettle, allowing these all beef wieners to maintain the same great flavor of our regular homemade wieners!
These wieners come in approximately 1.25-1.5 pound packages (4 wieners).
