Our homemade Turducken is a combination of three poultry meats!
The outside layer is a boneless turkey with the bone-in wings and legs attached. The turkey is then stuffed with a whole boneless duck, which is then stuffed with a whole boneless chicken breast. In between each layer contains a cornbread stuffing with Cajun spices and Andouille sausage.
Cooking instructions: Cook with foil on at oven temperature of 325° until internal temperature hits 150°. Once internal temp is at 150°, take the foil off and cook at 450° until internal temperature lands at 165°. For a nice golden brown exterior, baste periodically.
Please Note: Turduckens are frozen, so they take 4 days to thaw in your refrigerator. Pick them up Saturday, November 21st or earlier so they can be ready for your Thanksgiving meal!
