These smoked snack sticks are of Polish heritage. They contain all pork meat mixed with salt, sugar, garlic, pepper, and spices, and are stuffed in an all natural sheep casing. Lightly smoked and fully cooked for an enjoyable snack by themselves or couple with some beer and cheeses!
