Ring Bologna is a finely chopped sausage made with beef, veal, and pork. It is stuffed into a beef casing and then lightly smoked and fully cooked. All it needs is a good browning in the frying pan and it is ready for your enjoyment!
Known as Falukorv by the Swedes, it is a holiday tradition but when fully heated up, is a treat that can be enjoyed year round!
