The smoked baby back ribs are submerged in a wet cure brine overnight and then smoked and fully cooked the next day. They tend to be a tad on the dry side so rehydration is a must!
Simmer these bad boys in water and cover with BBQ sauce before finishing on the grill, or steam cook in the oven and apply BBQ sauce for best enjoyment!
