The pork tenderloins are smoked and fully cooked in our smokehouses on site. Upon arrival at your's or a loved one's home, the tenderloins are ready to be sliced and served with cheese and crackers OR can be simmered in a bed of bacon sauerkraut until warmed all the way through, and served as an entree! Mmmm......
